GXS Wraps increases support for CARS Tour in 2022

One of the CARS Tour’s most loyal partners in GXS Wraps will have an increased presence in
several different aspects for the series in the 2022 season.

Along with becoming the official graphics partner for the CARS Tour, GXS Wraps is set to
sponsor the inaugural Pro Late Model Tour race at Wake County Speedway and qualifying night
for the Old North State Nationals at Caraway Speedway.

GXS Wraps will also host and sponsor the official podcast of the CARS Tour in ‘Stickered Up’
while maintaining a contingency sponsorship deal with the series.

The decision to bolster support for the CARS Tour was an easy one for Stephen Dunn, who owns
GXS Wraps through his company Graphix Solution Inc. Dunn said that being with the CARS
Tour has been phenomenal for GXS Wraps from a business perspective and believes that more
exposure will come to the company throughout the year.

“This partnership has been very rewarding for us as an organization,” Dunn said. “We’ve seen
great return-on-investment over the past three years. We wanted to continue our support of the
Old North State Nationals while also upping our game a bit. There are a lot of teams we’ve
helped out over the years, so this is all coming full circle.”

Dunn admitted that GXS Wraps likely would not be in its current position had he and the
company not taken a chance by sponsoring Craig Moore in five races back in 2019.
After witnessing the vibrant and successful atmosphere of the CARS Tour under owner Jack
McNelly, Dunn wanted to maintain his involvement with the series, which included putting his
company’s logo on cars utilized by Justin Johnson Racing and Jonathan Findley in 2021.
McNelly said that Dunn’s support has been crucial for the CARS Tour through all the changes
the series has experienced over the past few years and knows that GXS Wraps’ increased
sponsorship is only going to benefit both parties equally.

“Stephen has been a long-time supporter,” McNelly said. “We’re excited that he’s continuing to
sponsor qualifying for the Old North State Nationals and he gets to sponsor the Pro Late Model
race at Wake [County], which is very close to his office. I know he’ll be happy to bring a lot of
his vendors and customers to the track that night.”

McNelly is confident that the amount of time Dunn is investing into the CARS Tour with GXS
Wraps will only continue to build upon the sturdy foundation between the two.

Establishing long-term relationships is always a primary goal for McNelly whenever a new
company enters the series. He added that GXS Wraps is a primary example of how a company
can thrive from a business standpoint while simultaneously remaining committed to the CARS
Tour through numerous methods.

“Relationships are valuable in any business,” McNelly said. “For us to continue cultivating this
relationship with [Stephen] is huge. We have lots of long-time partners that I’m very proud of
and it doesn’t do the sponsor any good if they leave after one or two years. The stability of the
series depends on long-term relationships, and we work very hard to maintain those.”

Dunn himself never envisioned the path GXS Wraps would take during the brief amount of time
they have been with the CARS Tour.

When he first started Graphix Solution during the previous decade, Dunn wanted to build a brand
that would be recognizable in the southeast and believes that GXS Wraps has established a
distinguishable identity through the company’s promise to provide quality service for short track
teams.

Dunn plans to keep supporting JJR with GXS Wraps as one of the team’s sponsors and is hoping
to see a busy 2022 get capped off with Johnson winning CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour title
and Rookie of the Year honors being bestowed upon Johnson’s development driver in Carter
Langley.

“Our goal is to win races and a championship,” Dunn said. “There’s a lot of anticipation because
Justin was so close to winning a title last year and that’s why he came back. It’d be super cool to
be back at the banquet with both a CARS Tour champion and a Rookie of the Year.”
GXS Wraps will kick off their enhanced partnership with the CARS Tour when qualifying for
the season-opening Old North State Nationals begins on March 12.
