Mooresville, NC 11/9/20 – After an alternative schedule in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic the CARS Tour has announced their 2021 schedule. The season schedule features, a record thirteen Late Model Stock Car races, as well as eight Super Late Model events across five different states.
The 2021 season will kick off March 6th at Rockingham (NC) Speedway, the only new track on the tour, while Super Late Models will open their 2021 campaign on March 20th at the famed Hickory Motor Speedway.
Motor Mile Speedway, Wake County Speedway, and Tri-County Motor Speedway all return to the CARS Tour calendar after a short hiatus.
In addition to Rockingham, major events include the Late Model Stock Car “Old North State Nationals” at Orange County Speedway, the $20,000 to win American Freedom 300 at Jennerstown Speedway for Super Late Models, and the return of the Throwback 276 for both divisions at Hickory Motor Speedway.
